How we deliver

Five specialties. One rate. Zero hiring risk.

An elastic senior team, running Slipstream, the CCurrents delivery agent system, on a gated pipeline. Humans orchestrate, agents accelerate, humans assure.

The elastic team

Continuous delivery without recruiting, ramping, managing, or replacing anyone

Five specialties on demand

Business analyst, architect, engineer, QA tester, DevOps. Every engagement fields all five; you never have to find the "unicorn" who covers the whole stack.

Capacity follows the backlog

You pay for the hours the work needs each week, not for fixed seats. Busy quarters scale up; quiet ones scale down.

Built-in redundancy

More than one person can cover each role, so no single absence stalls the pipeline.

No hiring risk

Recruiting fees, time to fill, turnover cost, and management burden sit with CCurrents, not with you.

Continuous delivery

Releases arrive on a steady cadence for as long as the engagement runs, and the pipeline does not pause for a departure or a handoff.

Quality is structural

Independent QA on every build, CI gates on every change.

BLOCS · MANAGED SERVICES SINCE FEBRUARY 2025

635 stories shipped to production in 19 months. 38 production releases, never more than seven weeks between any two. 16 capability areas. Five specialists, one flat rate. Twelve-month spend inside the year-one cost of three in-house hires.

Best practices and DevOps

Best practices are the standard, not an aspiration

Every change is a story. Every build is tested independently. Every release is gated by CI and peer review. Nothing reaches production by accident.

  1. 01Story
  2. 02Design
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Independent test
  5. 05Staged release

CI enforces standards on every change. Status reports and release notes are generated from the actual work. Documentation, test cases, and source code stay with you as standard practice.

Slipstream · the CCurrents delivery agent system

Faster delivery. Accountability that never leaves human hands.

Slipstream is a coordinated set of AI agents, grounded in your context and CCurrents' standards, orchestrated end to end by our senior team. Humans orchestrate the activities and inputs that feed the agents. The agents return fast, high-quality outputs: analysis, stories, guidance, documentation. Our team then organizes the stories, architecture, build, test, deployment, and support that turn those outputs into a sustainable solution. We deliver with the same AI agents we sell.

PROJECT KNOWLEDGEBASE · QUERY
> What did we decide about the billing integration, and when?

On a Slipstream engagement, the project answers in seconds, with sources. Month six knows everything month one learned. Nothing is lost, nothing is re-discovered.

What the agents do

  1. 01

The Project Knowledgebase, Slipstream's per-client memory

Every transcript, document, diagram, email thread, and decision flows into a project-scoped knowledge base and stays retrievable with accuracy for the life of the engagement. Ask the project anything. Every other agent works from it, which is why their outputs are grounded rather than generic.

  2. 02

    Business analysis

Discovery briefs, personas, journey and process maps, produced from the Project Knowledgebase.

  3. 03

    The story writer

Definition-of-Ready user stories to CCurrents standards, decomposed and acceptance-tested, traceable back to their source.

  4. 04

    The developer assistant

Salesforce and integration design recommendations grounded in your actual context and CCurrents' rules, plus build acceleration under senior review.

  5. 05

    DevOps and quality

GitHub-based CI automation with standards enforcement and quality checks on every change.

  6. 06

    Documentation

Architecture docs, test cases, and user documentation generated and kept current as a by-product of delivery.

  7. 07

    Delivery transparency

Automated status reporting and release notes generated from the actual work.

What we built this to end

Four consulting failures, named

For every buyer who has been burned by consulting, or by trying to hire this in-house.

The Unicorn Hire

Insourcing the platform
Stake
The person fluent across Salesforce, Experience Cloud, messaging, integration, and analytics is rare, commands a premium, takes 48 to 89 days to find, and stays about two years. A three-person team loses a third of its capacity with every departure, and someone inside the company has to hire, manage, and technically backstop a function it has never run.
Fix
The Elastic Team. Five specialties on demand, one rate, capacity that scales with the backlog week to week, built-in redundancy, and no recruiting fee, vacancy gap, or turnover exposure. The knowledge stays in the Project Knowledgebase, not in whoever remembers the call.

The Consulting Meter

Hourly bloat
Stake
Budget overruns with nothing to show. Hourly billing rewards slowness; six-month projects become twelve; the meter runs either way.
Fix
Slipstream-accelerated, outcome-priced delivery. Agents do the heavy lifting (business analysis, user stories, build acceleration, testing) so scope costs a fraction of traditional delivery, and we show the before and after.

The Documentation Debt

Undocumented systems and lost project knowledge
Stake
Key-person risk and diligence failure. Undocumented orgs cannot be maintained, audited, or handed over; every change starts with archaeology, and every consultant handoff re-bills you for re-discovery of what your own project already knew.
Fix
Always-Current Documentation plus the Project Knowledgebase. Slipstream generates and maintains architecture docs, test cases, and user documentation as a by-product of delivery, and every transcript, document, and decision lives in the Project Knowledgebase, so "who decided that, and when?" gets answered with sources in seconds. Documentation and source code stay with you as standard practice; long-term support clients keep working access to the Knowledgebase itself.

The Status-Report Fog

Opaque delivery
Stake
Surprise failures. Buyers discover problems at the deadline because status reporting is manual, occasional, and optimistic.
Fix
Automated Delivery Transparency. CI-enforced quality gates, automated status reporting, and release notes generated from the actual work. You see what we see.
Objections, answered

The questions a careful buyer asks

Why not hire this in-house?

You can, and for some roles, over time, you should; we help clients do exactly that when they want it. The honest comparison is not our invoice against a salary. It is three fixed seats against five specialties on demand; a 48-to-89-day vacancy every time someone leaves against a pipeline that never pauses; a "unicorn" hire fluent across Salesforce, messaging, integration, and analytics against a team that already covers all of it. We will put your market’s numbers next to ours and let you decide.

How do I know AI-built systems are safe?

Every agent output passes through named human gates: senior architects review designs, CI enforces standards on every change, and nothing ships without a person accountable for it. You get more review than traditional delivery, not less; the agents free the seniors to do it.

Is my data training someone's model?

No. The Project Knowledgebase is project-scoped and used for retrieval, not model training. It exists for your engagement and follows the same compliance posture we build for clients.

What happens to all this knowledge when the project ends?

You keep everything you would expect to keep: the final work product, your built application, plus the supplemental documentation we produce, and as standard practice we leave behind copies of all documentation and source code. The agents and tooling, including the Project Knowledgebase, are CCurrents delivery accelerators and CCurrents IP; they are how we deliver, not a licensed product. Clients who want continued access to that capability engage us in a long-term support model, where the Knowledgebase and the rest of Slipstream keep working for you as part of the engagement.

If AI does the work, why am I paying you?

You are paying for the experts who know how to wield it. AI is a powerful tool, and unbridled, powerful tools produce negative results: hidden failures, bloat, and long-term headaches when core architectural best practices get violated and nobody is watching. Our senior experts are the human in the loop. They steer what feeds the agents, judge what comes back, and enforce the standards that keep the platform sustainable. You are also paying for the system that makes AI output trustworthy in the first place: the grounding, the standards, the gates. That is why we price by outcome, not hours. The efficiency is priced in, on your side of the table.

Why not just buy a tool like this ourselves?

Delivery tooling is being commoditized, and we watch that market closely. What is not commoditized: 15 years of Salesforce architecture judgment encoded as the rules the agents follow, a team that already knows how to run them, and accountability for the result.
